Returns policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you may return an item by post within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be complete, in perfect condition , unused , unwashed and with all tags attached.

Our return policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal right in relation to faulty goods.

Please contact us should you wish to return an item. 

Please note that parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
